February New Moon / Chinese New Year Gong Sound Meditation

Known as the year of the Wooden Dragon,  this lunar cycle symbolizes power, luck, and success according to Chinese traditions.  It invites in the energies of opportunities, changes, and challenges.

Gong meditation is a time when we step into alignment with the highest frequency of your loving heart  center as we ride together the harmonic frequency sounds of the Gongs.  The invitation is to embrace a deep state of renewal through Heart  Opening.

Join us in a one hour session of guided meditation with  Gong Master Tania. You will experience deep relaxation, clarity,  centering, confidence, balance, and expansion.
