Dear Friends,
We welcome this Summer Solstice with a very special Gong Sound Bath at Sea and whale watching on the longest, light‑filled day of the year. On this special occasion, gathering in community becomes medicine. Together, we will pause, play, illuminate the heart, and breathe deeply into renewal as we bathe in the symphonies of the gong and singing bowls, riding the waves in hopes of meeting the magic of the whales and dolphins.
