"The Heart of I" is a workshop series intended to open new awareness, perceptions and inspirations that will promote greater and deeper alignment to the Heart Essence that is our True Nature.
You will learn to tap into the resonant field of your Heart and develop more trust in your intuition. Your will experience expanded understanding of your abilities and dig deeper into your creative and healing potential.
Several practical tools will be provided along explorative inquiries and insights. Classes will end with time for gong meditation and sound bath.
