Winter Solstice Gong Sound Meditation

As the cycle of the winter dawns upon us, it augurs the end of darkness and the beginning of more light.   You are invited to step away from the frenzy of daily demands and give yourself time to step into the new cycle of this season, enjoy some quiet and reflective time, open up to the new upcoming flow of cosmic gifts as we awaken deeper into our own inner light.   Lets remember what it feels like to be restored and walking consciously in tune with our authentic light!   This is also a great opportunity to close the year with a celebration of all the gifts that transpired into our lives.
